In specific cases as these, both lenders and builders are forced to write down the value of these assets and sell at a discount - in some cases far below replacement value. Sovereign Capital Management capitalizes on these discounts by supplementing established investment expertise with property management experience. The end result is higher cash flows and more stable rates of return.
